Dear all

I intend to install VASp in an HP server rx2600 with one microprocessor Itanium2. The OS is HP-UX B.11.23. Actually, I have no fortran compilers in this system but I can use them in other HP server, an ALPHA server 4100 running with the OS HP(Compaq) Tru64 V5.1B. Thus, is it possible to compile the code in the latter and run it in former without problems? How can I do it?

Thanks a lot

Unless the Fortran compiler is a cross-compiler, which I doubt, it won't work since alpha and itanium are different architectures.
