The files necessary for the calculation mentioned in the tutorial can be found on the VASP file server (in tutor/...). VASP must be available on your local machine, and getvasp and makeparam should have been placed somewhere in your search path. If you are using vasp.4.X (and not vasp.3.2), only the executable vasp must be available, i.e. the utilities getvasp and makeparam are not required. If VASP is not installed on your system you must install it now. See section 3.2.
