5.16 PROCAR file

 

For static calculations, the file PROCAR contains the spd- and site projected character of each band. The supplied Wigner Seitz radius RWIGS is used to set up the extend of the local projection operators. RWIGS is given in the POTCAR file (see section 13.4.8) or in the INCAR file (see section 7.29).

Mind: that the spd- and site projected character of each band is not evaluated in the parallel version if NPAR tex2html_wrap_inline5201 1.
